With several years of experience as a Director of Quality Assurance and Improvement, I’ve worked alongside agencies at every stage, from start-ups finding their footing, to established organizations navigating ongoing regulatory demands. I specialize in state and federal compliance, performance improvement, and building practical systems that actually work in real-world settings.
